Thompson Technologies is expanding its award-winning recruiting team!  We are seeking a smart, passionate, Technical Recruiter  who takes ownership and pride in serving and helping others. This is a direct-hire, full-time position  focusing on IT Staffing and Support Services located in the Cobb Galleria  area of Atlanta.

We are experiencing great year-over-year growth and need to ensure we continue to appropriately support our clients and candidates. The average tenure of our recruiting team is over 8 years- with NO entitlement when it comes to job distribution and candidates. What you will do:
  • Manage full life-cycle technical recruiting to source and recruit top tier IT professionals.
  • Use sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies to build a strong candidate pipeline and manage a positive candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Coordinate and participle in recruiting events such as career fairs and open houses.
  • Suggest and implement on-going improvements to the recruitment process.

What we need:
  • 1+ years of IT Recruiting or IT Sales / Account Management experience in IT Staffing.
  • High degree of comfort in presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional people skills, values, and ethics.
